The challenge was balancing authority with approachability. Family law is deeply personal — clients are going through divorce, custody battles, and major life changes. The content needed to feel professional and credible, but also warm and human. CREATL developed a visual system using the firm's navy and gold brand colors, produced educational reels with attorney Janice F.
